QA/QC Introduction
Our quality control department led by its manager has adopted a system divided into two parts, one being quality control (QC), the other quality assurance (QA). Each of these sections has a manager in place. In QA there are three persons with responsibility for the control and testing, who ensure our products meet stipulated levels of quality. We are confident that the measures and procedures we have in place can guarantee our products have a consistent and reliable quality.
